The Italian Wine & Dine is a culinary event that features the distinctive gastronomy of Italy, showcases some of the most representative Italian wines and offers the great opportunity to learn the fundamental principles of food-wine pairing.
The Pairing Event
Enjoy some of the most delicious Italian dishes paired with outstanding wines from all over the Italian peninsula, and the most authentic Italian wine and dine experience in Macao.
The event, part of ITALIA MIA Festival, aims to promote the true Italian culinary culture in Macao and is jointly organized by Grand Lisboa Palace, the Wine Society of Macau and DOC DMC Macau Ltd.

Masterclasses
Italian Cooking Demonstration
“White Truffle Risotto”
Participants in this cooking demonstration will have the unique opportunity to watch and learn how to prepare two of the most popular Italian dishes.
Chef Federico will show, step by step, how to prepare a delicious Vitello Tonnato and will reveal how to properly cook a risotto. The highlight of this cooking class will be the extraordinary Italian white truffle that will be shaved by the Chef on top of your risotto!

Wine Masterclass
“Banfi, The Builders of Brunello”
This informative masterclass will be conducted by the Area Manager for Banfi wines in North-East Asia Paolo Fassina, who will introduce the winery and will elaborate on the crucial role that Banfi had in the growth and recognition of Brunello di Montalcino as one of the most emblematic wines of Italy.
The masterclass will include the tasting of four outstanding Banfi’s wines.
