The Pairing Event
Enjoy some of the most delicious Italian dishes paired with outstanding wines from all over the Italian peninsula, and the most authentic Italian wine and dine experience in Macao.
The event, part of ITALIA MIA Festival, aims to promote the true Italian culinary culture in Macao and is jointly organized by Grand Lisboa Palace, the Wine Society of Macau and DOC DMC Macau Ltd.

The Pairing Experience
The event offers the great opportunity to discover and learn the main principles of food and wine pairing while having a pleasurable experience and enjoying an evening full of fun.
Participants in the event will have the unique chance to taste some of the most prestigious Icon Wines from California otherwise available only by the bottle everywhere else.
Guests use 20MOP tokens to buy wines that cost one, two or more tokens. The food is unlimited and included in the ticket price.
